Of the four major islands that make up Japan,
Shikoku Island is the smallest (indicated in green).
Ehime Prefecture lies in the northern part of the Island of Shikoku,
surrounded by the calm Seto Inland Sea to the north and the Shikoku Mountains to the south.
We brew UMENISHIKI in Kawanoe city (indicated in red). |
Only pure mountain spring water from the Shikoku
Mountains
is used to brew UMENISHIKI .
UMENISHIKI may come from a small rural town surrounded by beautiful
nature,
but the entire world can enjoy its pure natural brewed taste.
